SOME
HIGHLIGHTS FROM C.O.R.E
In August 2022, we inaugurated CORE to solve a major problem in Pakistan; the lack of emergency preparedness amongst the general public. Our goal was to establish a dedicated space for teaching first response which was accessible to people from all walks of life.
Now, we proudly host participants of all ages at CORE, and train them to respond to emergencies.
Countless individuals have been equipped with life-saving skills through various workshops held at CORE, including Level 1 and Level 2 workshops, Bano Zimedaar Pakistani Workshop and Frippy First Aid Camp.

OUR PROJECTS AT CORE
BANO ZIMEDAAR PAKISTANI
Our CPR Training Workshop, under the banner of "Bano Zimedaar Pakistani aims to equip every Pakistani with essential life-saving skills including but not limited to CPR, heart attack, choking and heat stroke management through free, accessible training workshops open to all audiences.
FRIPPY SUMMER CAMP
FRIPPY First Aid camp is designed for children and teenagers to empower them with essential life saving skills, fostering confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility. Through engaging activities we equip young minds to become valuable assets in emergency situations.
ALL OPEN LEVEL 1 WORKSHOPS
FRIP's Level 1 Workshop is an extensive two-day course which especially caters to medical and dental students and trains them in trauma care. Our Open House workshops provide an opportunity for MBBS and BDS students all over the city to become efficient first responders.
